Shipping, Warranty & Returns

Domestic Shipping:

  • Small instruments will ship via FedEx or UPS Ground

  • Large systems will ship via LTL Freight. If additional services such as a liftgate is required at delivery please contact us after placing your order. If you are arranging your own freight, packing fees will apply (select the "Arrange my own" option on checkout).

  • Currier delivery service is available in the Greater Boston area for $250 flat fee

  • Free pickup is available in Tewksbury, MA.


International Shipping: 

Shipping for international orders will be invoiced separately after the order is placed. If you require a quote prior to placing an order please email sales@3e8scientific.com with your address and the instrument you are interested in. If you are arranging your own freight, packing fees will apply (select the "Arrange my own" option on checkout).

Warranty: 

All instruments are sold with a 60 day warranty from the time of delivery. If an item has an issue during this period, please email sales@3e8scientific.com with pictures and description of the issue. We will work with you to remedy the issue. At 3E8 Scientific's discretion, we will repair the instrument, provide a replacement, or issue a refund. Warranty is void if instrument is not commissioned and operated to the manufacturer's specification.


Returns: 

If you wish to return an item within 30 days of delivery, you will be charged shipping to and from your location as well as a 20% restocking fee. Please allow 14-days for refunds to allow for inspection of the instruments.
